Our third #TDORChatroom video for #TransgenderDayOfRemembrance, features three #TransWomen who inspire others through their tireless work and passion. 🏳️‍⚧️They include representatives from: 🇧🇩 Bangladesh (@tashnuva_anan, Shree) 🇲🇲 Myanmar (@nickirangoon, NTPAM) 🇹🇭 Thailand (@noonie_nhuun, @weareaptn) We looked at how COVID-19 has added another layer of discrimination that transgender people need to face. In face of the neglect and violence, our participant, Nhuun puts it plainly, “the government wants us to die”. How can we keep them accountable?
