Strategic Litigation to Advance LGBTIQ Rights In Asia with ILGA Asia and the ICJ Asia (Webinar)

On 28th November 2022, ILGA Asia and the International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) - Asia and the Pacific. We explored perspectives from South and Southeast Asia (particularly India, Malaysia, Singapore, and Sri Lanka) on bringing anti-LGBTIQ laws, policies and practices to court. Lawyers shared best practices in strategic litigation, while activists talked about the role of access to justice and effective remedies in the promotion of LGBTIQ rights.
