In this country report, a snapshot of the legal and political landscape, religious perspective, and sociocultural positionality of LGBTIQ people contextualize strategies, movement priorities, and challenges faced by LGBTIQ people, community, and organizations in Nepal.

Our country report on Japan reveals the unique situation for the LGBTIQ people there. While communities are not criminalised, they do not enjoy equal rights and there is no anti-discrimination law. However, there are positive developments which would be highlighted in the report below.

This report provides a glimpse of an arduous yet promising movement of the LGBTI community in Vietnam. The report is based on interviews with leaders of 8 local organizations.

In this report, we explore contextualized terminology and an overview of SOGIESC rights in Taiwan, particularly on marriage and family issues, trans issues, HIV/AIDS issues, and intersex issues.
