Queer Voices of Bhutan's Spotlight Report on the United Nations High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development VoluntaryNational Review (VNR) of the Kingdom of Bhutan

“For too long, our stories have been left out of the national narrative.”

At HLPF 2025, Queer Voices of Bhutan (QVoB) submitted their Spotlight Report: a call for hope, community strength, and a future where everyone is seen, heard, and protected.
The report urges Bhutan to advance inclusive policies, improve SOGIESC data, expand partnerships, and ensure SDG implementation reflects LGBTIQ realities.

ILGA Asia is proud to stand with QVoB as they bring LGBTIQ voices from Bhutan to the global stage.
